The Equity Capital Markets (ECM) unit nurtures ongoing relationships with public and private companies in order to originate, structure, underwrite and place equity and equity-linked issuances on their behalf, through private placements, public listings and follow-on offerings.

The unit adopts an approach of developing advisory relationships with our target clients, providing periodic insights into their industry and suggestions on their optimal market positioning and financing structure. The group is segmented by industry sectors and our professionals utilise their unique market position, and the collective strengths of the Firm’s other group, to provide integrated solutions to our client’s particular circumstance including market position, balance sheet structure, operating model and industry dynamics.
