Xavier Giboin
Non-Executive Director, Group
Xavier is Chief Financial Officer of Pamoja Capital (an institutional shareholder of IC Securities) and is also involved in the activities of the McCall MacBain Foundation. From 1997 to 2006, he was Vice President, Finance Operations at Trader Classified Media, where he was in charge of financial reporting, control and analysis, involved in financial and operational matters at Group and subsidiary levels, as well as in assessment of acquisitions and subsequent integration. Mr. Giboin previously worked as a financial auditor at Arthur Andersen in Paris. He graduated from HEC Paris (École des Hautes Études Commerciales) and is fluent in English and French with a working knowledge of Spanish.

Peter Enti
Non-Executive Chairman, Ghana
Peter Enti is the non-executive board chairman of IC Securities (Ghana) Limited. Peter is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Nubuke Investments LLP, a niche alternative asset manager solely focused on African markets. He has 15 years experience in sourcing, originating, trading and investing in various African countries. Prior to Nubuke, he spent 12 years with Standard Chartered Bank in London as Regional Head of FX Trading, Africa (from 2005 to 2008). In this role he managed a team of 17 traders in 12 African countries. Previously, he co-started and managed the first Africa dedicated fixed income desk (from 2001 to 2004).
Peter was instrumental in creating two-way financial markets in Africa currency spot, forward and swaps and also started the first dedicated offshore desk in London which he led from 1997 until 2001. He also managed Standard Chartered Bank’s Global Markets in Cameroun (from 2004 to 2005). He has a B.A. Economics and Statistics from the University of Ghana and an MSc Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics.

Winston Antwi
Non-Executive Director, Ghana
Mr. Antwi is the Executive Chairman of Aya Technologies, a Swiss-based company specialising in the development, production and deployment of technology solutions for real-time and close to real-time data management and transaction based services. Winston has several years of experience in different international companies covering, among others, the financial, technology and commerce sector. Mr. Antwi holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana.

Fred Kwofie
Non-Executive Director, Ghana
Fred P. Kwofie is the Managing Director of Domod Roof Limited, the leading brand in roofing and related products in Ghana. Prior to assuming this role, he was Executive Director of Domod Aluminium Limited in charge of sales and marketing. Fred earned an MBA (Marketing and Strategy) from the University of Cape Town and holds a BA (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Greenwich.

Kwame Aryeh
Non-Executive Director, Ghana
Mr. Aryeh is currently an Executive Director of Main Investments Limited, a West Africa-focused principal investments firm. Kwame spent several years as an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he specialised in industrials and participated in deals worth over USD 3 billion. Prior to that, Mr. Aryeh spent several years with Citigroup Markets where he was responsible for the restaurant industry, covering companies with aggregate market capitalisation exceeding USD 90 billion. Kwame was honourably mentioned in the highly respected Institutional Investor magazine whilst at Citigroup.
Kwame holds an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from Morehouse College.
