Socially Responsible We operate in the poorest parts of the world, as our strategy is based on participating in their ultimate convergence with the global capital markets. Therefore, on a daily basis, we observe first hand the stark juxtaposing of limitless opportunity with abject poverty. We know the only sustainable solution lies in improving the human capital base of these countries. That is why we set aside a portion of our profits every year for the IC Giving Foundation, whose sole object is to provide for the full education of young individuals from the most deprived backgrounds, on a person by person basis. That is why, each year, a significant portion of our employee reward program is made in stock awards.
